Tricep Dip Progressions
Tricep Dip (Bent Leg):​
-
Proceed to assume the Dip position
-
put you hand behind your back and secure them on the edge of the platform
-
have a 90degree bend at the knees
-
Keeping a neutral spine
-
keep Shoulders back and chest up
-
Control your self down into a dip
-
once at full contraction, extend arms and resume start position

Repeat

Proceed to assume the Dip position

Full extended your legs out and have heels on the ground
-
Keeping a neutral spine

keep Shoulders back and chest up
-
Control your self down into a dip
-
once at full contraction, extend arms and resume start position
