Tricep Dip Progressions

Tricep Dip (Bent Leg):​

  • Proceed to assume the Dip position 

  • put you hand behind your back and secure them on the edge of the platform 

  • have a 90degree bend at the knees 

  • Keeping a neutral spine 

  • keep Shoulders back and chest up

  • Control your self down into a dip 

  • once at full contraction, extend arms and resume start position 

  • Repeat

  • Proceed to assume the Dip position 

  • put you hand behind your back and secure them on the edge of the platform 

  • Full extended your legs out and have heels on the ground 

  • Keeping a neutral spine

  • keep Shoulders back and chest up 

  • Control your self down into a dip 

  • once at full contraction, extend arms and resume start position 

  • Repeat
