Group Training/BootCamp

Group training is all About breaking a sweat and increasing the heart rate, whilst socialising and having fun. 

 

2 different classes: 

 

HIIT - this group class is mainly a high intensity cardio circuit involving various exercises for you to feel the burn and work hard to get results. 

 

Functional strength training - This group class is where you get to learn about lots of functional exercise and the pillars of calisthenics (body weight exercise). Its a very interesting class and suits any ability of fitness. 

 

costs and times: 

Jetts members - $5

Non members - $10

 

Functional strength - 7pm Wednesday and 9am Friday 

HIIT - 6pm Thursday
