Burpees

Difficulty

Burpees: 

  • keeping a neutral spine (straight back) and core tight

  • legs are fully extended 

  • continue to complete push up motion 

  • Once arms are fully extended bring knees to you chest

  • continue to a standing position 

  • do a small jump off ground raising 

  • lower yourself back into push position 

  • Repeat
