Australian Pull Ups:

start by standing in front of the bar

Secure a wide grip on the Bar

Keep hips and chest up

keep a neutral spin
-
walk you feet out so your chest is inline with the bar

with your Arms pull yourself up

Squeeze you shoulder blades together whilst you pull up

Repeat

Assisted Pull Ups:

Proceed to safely hang a resistance band on the bar

insert one foot into the loop of the resistance band
-
Secure a wide grip on the Bar

Keep chest up and a neutral spin

Begin to pull yourself up

Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top

Repeat
